Making something old with something new
I wanted to make the ribbon flowers that I saw on stage at convention before I forgot how. I used the distressing kit also. I think it turned out pretty neat, not bad for something so shabby looking!
Class card of the week 3
I loved the aviary set before I went to convention, after seeing some of the things done there, I love it even more! So cute!

Color throwdown #103
This is my entry for the color throwdown this week. The colors are certainly celery, riding hood red, and river rock. I used the growing green stamp set which I really love! And the new background stamp wonderfully worn.
Swapped card inspiration
I swapped this card with Susan Shintaku at convention, hers is on the left, I had to improvise a little since I didn't have s lot of soft suede cardstock. But as you can see mind is pretty close. Cards like these make swapping at convention worth it! Thanks Susan for the chance to share this with my class.
